Victoria Cooper: UKIHCA Registered Health Coach & Nutritional Therapist
Hello, I'm Victoria Cooper, a UKIHCA Registered Health Coach, Level 5 Nutritional Therapist, and trained CBT-I practitioner based on the Isle of Man. I understand that navigating health information can feel overwhelming. My passion is to simplify this for you, providing accessible, actionable steps to empower women to make informed decisions about their health. I believe that lasting well-being comes from simple, sustainable changes that fit into your real life. I also know that you are the expert on your body, and I'm here to listen and guide you.
My approach to Health and Wellness
Women's Health: I empower women to regain energy, find balance, and thrive. Supporting concerns such as hormonal health, struggles with weight gain and eating well, brain fog or feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. As a qualified and registered health coach I can also help you navigate more specific conditions such as endometriosis, cardiovascular health or diabetes.
Family Health: As a mum myself, I understand that your health and choices can be influenced by the needs of your children and family. I’m passionate about helping children learn to eat well. So if this feels relevant to you, my approach can include understanding these challenges, like picky eaters, and creating strategies around food to improve and support the nutrition of the whole family.
Sleep: If you’re struggling with sleep, or just waking up still feeling exhausted. As a trained CBT-I Practitioner I can help you understand your sleep and find ways to promote deep, restorative rest and better quality sleep. If you feel like you’ve already tried everything, I promise this is more than the usual ‘sleep hygiene’ tips you may have read online.
As your health coach, we’ll start with an initial session to give you time and space to discuss your health history, goals, and lifestyle. Together, we'll then create a realistic plan tailored to you. Follow-up sessions will track progress, update goals, celebrate wins, and use proven coaching to overcome challenges – always focused on simple, sustainable steps.

Individual Coaching
Free initial conversation
If you’re unsure what Health Coaching is or if it’s right for you. Just get in touch. I’m very happy to talk through what it’s all about and how we can work together.
£90 initial consultation (90mins)
Available in person on the Isle of Man or online in the UK, at your initial one-to-one consultation we will spend time taking a deep dive into your health. This is the key to finding solutions that work for you. We will also discuss your goals and create a plan that is specific to you.
£45 follow-up consultation (45mins)
Either 2 weeks or 4 weeks after your initial session we will review how you’ve been getting on, celebrate your successes and see if there is more we can cover and update your plan accordingly. Depending on your needs we can also look at specific coaching tools to help you find the right mindset to get you where you want to be. I would recommend at least a 2 follow-up sessions, as this gives you some accountability to implement your actions and start seeing those changes.
Important Note: As a Health Coach, I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. I can, however, support you in navigating pre-diagnosed conditions, provide reliable health information and resources, and collaborate with your healthcare provider to help you achieve your wellness goals.
Cookery
Alongside being a Certified Health Coach my passion has long been food and cooking. With a certificate in Nutrition in Culinary Practice from Leith’s School in London. I’d be delighted to share the joy of cooking together, either in my kitchen or in yours.
3-Hour Culinary Adventure: Join me for a hands-on cooking experience. We'll either create a delicious, healthy meal together or dive into a technique you've always wanted to master.
